Your training session may be tough, but I'll be your workout buddy to make working out fun again. The name of the game is to "Help your mind shift to wanting to work out 5+ days a week". Training both men and women. For women: I'll put you through an intense work out based on your custom goals. Whether you want to slim down your thighs, tone your arms up, or we can do intense ab sessions together. Or a total body transformation. I believe in working out 6-7 days a week until results are "had". So it won't be your typical " yeah 2 sessions a week and go eat your vegetable soup". No no, I'll help you get what you need. I'll also expect you to train at home when not training with me. For men: You'll be adopting my workout routine which is focused on building functional strength targeting fat in the chest, arms, back and abs. Here is my "Forget the call, tell me the damn price menu" The first session is a package for two sessions at $40. We will meet at a planet fitness and workout for 2x45 minute sessions for $40. After 2 sessions, you'll get an idea of how my workout program can get you results in the future. After the trial package you can expect my rate to be $200 5 days a week, an hour each day. This is for someone who absolutely needs to see results for their dear life. I also have another package for 3 days a week for $105, 45 minute sessions. We are going to do as much as we can in a single session as possible. If you have absolutely no strength or are very weak, I can help you out with beginner exercises. Over time you may be able to expect to do over 100 pushups in a single session (I currently do 300 in a session and still don't get tired). You can also expect to do handstand push-ups against the wall, wide pullups and dips without weighted assistance. Yes I do use weights and machines during training. Rules, do not break my rules: No sitting down No leaning against the wall No texting You must have your song selection preloaded You have to be ready to work very hard If I have you using 5 pound weights, it's for a reason. You must bring a big gallon of water. You must be ready to train with or without music. If you get lazy on me during our session or I don't feel you are giving it your all, don't be surprised if I reject your money, end the session and block your calls. I can tell when someone needs a legitimate break or if they are being lazy. Lastly, you must be honest with me and yourself about any up and coming injuries. There is a difference between pushing for strength and injuring yourself. We want to get strong not injured. I don't do meal plans, I'll suggest a diet. But you should be training everyday so what you eat gets turned into fuel. If you are interested in "Iron Hand" training to strengthen the hands bone density, please mention this. It consists of hitting a bag filled with soy beans and using chinese herbs to help the hands natural healing properties.
